When you listen to a great record you just knew from the start it was going to impress, or I certainly do anyway. This is one of these. Effortlessly simplistic musically yet so powerfull and meaningful lyrically. This is Ace Ender, Singer of Drive-Thru rockers The Early November and now with his new solo project ICMAMLNB making the same musical ripples as always.

This is far from the usual Drive-Thru release but is put across in the usual Drive-Thru manor, with conviction sincertity and bags of passion. Lazy comparrisons could be made to the usual 'emo' solo artists but that would not be doing justice to how vast the sound on this record actually is. While maybe not capping the best work of dashboard confessional "the places you have come to fear the most" Ace is certainly knocking on the door for the crown of king of indie/punk solo artists.

If you are looking for an album to cover all pop musical bases you could do much worse than this. Everything from "The Best Happiness Money Can Buy" providing us with a pop singalong classic in the making where as "So I Finally Decided To Give Myself A Reason" is that perfect bedtime lullaby you have been searching in hope for many a moon.

Ace Ender once again has proven that in the underground indie rock leagues he is a top contender in the songwriting stakes. Certainly a force to be reckoned with and one I can only see getting better. Ace Ender is surely in line to become the complete package.
